Hello Kidz Klub!
I hope many of you were able to participate in Miss Kellie’s “Let There Be Light” challenge last night at 7pm. My family lit a candle and stood outside our front door to display our support for all those people who are keeping us safe and healthy. It felt amazing to do something special for our community!
I drew my inspiration for today’s theme from Miss Kellie’s challenge. I decided to continue her message of gratitude. So, today is …
“Thankful Thursday”
Let’s take time to think of all the things we are thankful for. It’s another fun activity you can do with your family and friends: you could draw what you’re thankful for, or write a story about it, or interview your friends and family to share theirs and turn it into an article. I challenge you to get creative!
I hope you enjoy the activities I have planned for today! And if I haven’t told you all lately … “I’m thankful for YOU”!
Be Safe. Be healthy. Make good choices. Enjoy.
Take good care.
Miss Charisse

Gratitude Quotes...
“At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us.” — Albert Schweitzer
“No duty is more urgent than that of returning thanks”. — Unknown
“You simply will not be the same person two months from now after consciously giving thanks each day for the abundance that exists in your life. And you will have set in motion an ancient spiritual law: the more you have and are grateful for, the more will be given you.” — Sarah Ban Breathnach
“Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.” — William Arthur Ward
“Whatever our individual troubles and challenges may be, it’s important to pause every now and then to appreciate all that we have, on every level. We need to literally “count our blessings,” give thanks for them, allow ourselves to enjoy them, and relish the experience of prosperity we already have.” — Shakti Gawain
“If the only prayer you say in your life is thank you, that would suffice.” — Meister Eckhart
A Poem of Thankfullness...
“FOR EACH NEW MORNING
WITH ITS LIGHT,
FOR REST AND SHELTER
OF THE NIGHT,
FOR HEALTH AND FOOOD,
FOR LOVE AND FRIENDS,
FOR EVERYTHING THY
