Kale is a highly nutrient dense food, and it is good for your daily dose of Vitamins A, K, and C.
Ingredients:
1. Have an adult preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. Tear the leaves of kale away from the thick stem in bite sized pieces. Wash and dry thoroughly. Place kale pieces in a bowl and drizzle olive oil and salt. Mix until evenly coated.
4. Place kale on lined cookie sheet. And bake for 10 – 15 minutes (until the edges are crispy, but not burn).
5. Enjoy!
