After, you can try a few of these activities for encouragement. Try dancing in the mirror for 30 seconds, practice smiling at yourself in the mirror and speak aloud one thing that you like about yourself 3 times, or strike a power pose for 30 seconds.
You can make your very own crawling rainbow! You can even create your own science experiments by varying the water heights, the water coloring concentration, and the paper towel thickness!
