Preschool Lead Teacher- Full-Time Exempt

Reporting to the Preschool Director and Director of Operations.  The Preschool Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating the preschool program to provide a safe, healthy, and educational learning environment for all children and families served in accordance with state regulations.  The Preschool Lead teacher will oversee the daily operations of one preschool classroom. 

Kidz Klub Group Leader- Part Time

Reporting to the Operations Director and School-Aged Program Director, the Kidz Klub Group Leader is a youth development professional passionate about out-of-school-time enrichment for youth 12 years and under. The Kidz Klub Group Leader will provide a safe, healthy, and educational learning environment for all children and their families, and oversee the daily operations of their age group. 

Youth Development Professional: Teen Assistant- Part-time

Reporting to the Teen Director and Program Director, the Teen Assistant will be actively engaged and running teen programming. Focusing on youth in 7th- 12th grade, the Teen Assistant will deliver both educational and recreational enrichment programs and help with the recruitment and retention of program participants.  

Bus Driver- Part Time

General supervision and accountability for children while en route to and from the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Westfield. 

A current and valid Massachusetts license and CDL School Bus License issued by the State of Massachusetts is required.
